The Summer 100 Chapter Challenge is a fun and flexible reading program designed to keep capable readers engaged and motivated all summer long! Perfect for students in grades 3–6, this challenge encourages kids to read books of their own choosing, at their own pace, while working together with a small group toward a collective goal of reading 100 chapters by the end of the summer.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Choose Your Books – Kids select books they’re excited about and read chapters on their own schedule.
✅ Track Progress – Each reader uses our colorful goal-tracking sheet to log the chapters they complete.
✅ Weekly Zoom Check-ins – Students meet once a week to share what they’ve read and celebrate each other’s progress.
✅ Share Book Updates – Each week, readers send in a short video about their current book, and our Literacy Lambs team responds with personalized feedback and encouragement.
✅ Celebrate Success – At the end of the challenge, every participant receives a certificate and a celebratory surprise to recognize their hard work!
